Join us for dynamic, full-day fire investigation training that goes beyond theory into the heat of real-world application. Live burns, combined with classroom instruction and lively panel discussions, are sure to deliver a rare blend of live fire demonstrations, forensic science, legal insight, and collaborative strategies that will engage SIUs, fire investigators, adjusters, and legal professionals alike.
We begin with live burn exercises designed to visually demonstrate foundational fire dynamics and burn patterns in real-time—an experience that brings textbook concepts to life. You’ll gain a working understanding of NFPA 921, including recent updates and how these changes directly impact the standards of care in modern fire investigations.
A powerful panel discussion will follow, featuring voices from the legal field, state authorities, and both public and private fire investigators. The discussion will highlight the essential value of collaboration and parallel investigations in arson cases.
